Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to bookings and stays at Hotel Aarna Premier, Jaipur.
Reservations & payment
Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees. Applicable government taxes are levied extra on the room tariff. A full prepayment is required at least 48 hours prior to check-in. For advance-payment and bank-transfer details, please contact us directly — we share these on your confirmed booking or quotation.
Tariff & extras
Season: 1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027. Rack rates are per room per night, inclusive of breakfast; taxes extra.

- Extra bed / extra person: ₹1,500 per night, inclusive of breakfast and taxes.
- Additional meals — Lunch or Dinner: ₹400 net, per person per meal.
Rates are subject to change.
Children & extra beds
Children are welcome. Complimentary accommodation is available for children up to 8 years of age using existing bedding. An extra bed or extra person is charged at ₹1,500 per night (inclusive of breakfast and taxes), subject to availability.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability, and are charged accordingly. Valid government photo identification is required at check-in. We are a smoke-free, alcohol-free and pure-vegetarian hotel.
Cancellation & no-show
For individual bookings, a one-night room charge applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of confirmation, and to no-shows. For group bookings, a one-night room charge applies to cancellations made within 7 days of confirmation. The specific policy for your rate plan is shown at the time of booking.
Group & event bookings
For group bookings, the hotel must receive a complete rooming list at least 7 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival. Group cancellations are subject to the charges noted above. For group quotations, advance-payment terms and bank-transfer details, please contact us directly.
